We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and fairly.


Changed your mind

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • You’ll need to let us know within this period before sending anything back
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us

Software, games & sealed items

For certain items, returns depend on whether they’ve been opened.

  • Games, software, and other sealed media can be returned if they’re still sealed and unused
  • If these items have been opened, we’re unable to accept a return unless they’re faulty

This follows standard UK regulations for sealed products.

If there’s a fault, don’t worry—your statutory rights are fully protected, and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability
  • You won’t be charged any additional costs to resolve the issue
  • Where needed, we’ll cover reasonable return postage

Items should be returned with reasonable care. If damage occurs due to handling after delivery, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Please note:

  • Some older or back catalogue titles may include promotional content, bonus items, or downloadable codes that have expired. We can’t guarantee the availability of these extras
  • We can only accept faulty returns where there is a genuine manufacturing or inherent fault. Issues caused by wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery (for example, disc damage caused by hardware) are not covered

Condition of returns

Please take reasonable care when handling items you plan to return.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories
  • If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider

Digital products

  • Digital codes and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or activated
