Cancelling an item
You can cancel an item at any point up until it has been dispatched. After dispatch the item can be returned as below.
Returning an item
If you wish to return an item, we operate a 30 day return policy from the date the item is dispatched.
- Any product may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days provided it is in the same condition as when purchased. E.g New items must still be sealed. The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs unless the item is damaged / faulty (Please see below).
- Faulty software may be returned within 3 months of the dispatch date.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you are returning an item becuase it is faulty please Contact Us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item being returned
- Explanation of fault
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement
We can then provide you with a free postal address to the return the item to.
Please note
- Please obtain proof of postage from the post office.
- Items bought in a bundle, if returned seperately, will result in the full price being charged for other items in the offer, with the refund adjusted accordingly.
- Please allow 5 working days to process your return.

- We do not take any liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer due to a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
